is "Hot Topics via e-mail" newsletter that gives information on recently updated
knowledge articles and freshly created product bugs.
Knowledge articles come as links named after articles but bugs appear in the e-mail
just as IDs belong to area of interest like "Oracle Server - Enterprise Edition", etc.
which is not allowing to understand how applicable to your environment that bug can be.
Unfortunately, I was not able to find any settings that will allow to get
more information on bugs to be sent through e-mail neither not aware
about any web services that could have helped to get more information
from support site based on bug ID.
So I manually went through e-mail with new bugs, ordered them to get
latest numbers, took last 5 numbers and checked them at support.oracle.com
That's what I got for May 30, 2011:
